I have a problem or error using OneSearch or electronic resources. what should I do? Last Updated: Jul 17, 2024 Views: 360
Step One: Ensure you are using an up-to-date browser.
If you are using an older or out of date browser, websites may not look correct or even load. Updating your browser to the latest version can fix many issues, especially where webpages may look odd or show security errors. The website UpdateMyBrowser will tell you if you have the latest version, and provides links to download an updated version.
Step Two: Clear your browser cache.
Many errors can be due to your Browser cache needing clearing. These can be old settings and temporary saved files that websites need to display. Older settings can cause problems when viewing a newer version of a webpage. Follow the instructions on the Clear Browser Web Cache page o
Step Three. Contact the Library.
After you have done this, and the problem remains please Contact the library for advice.
