You might wish to find only those results which include a specific phrase, such as "transformational leadership" or "creative economy".
To do this in OneSearch, most databases and even Google, put quotation marks around the phrase.
Example:
"transformational leadership"
"creative economy"
This will bring back fewer results than searching for the phrase without quotation marks.
