Both EndNote and Mendeley offer the ability to export your references as a BibTex format. Endnote is a manual setup while Mendeley automatically syncs with LaTex.
Endnote:
Select your required records and then go to File>Export
Give the file a name without spaces and ensure it has a .bib extension.
Drop into the same folder as your document.
Mendeley:
Go to Tools>Options
Press the BibTeX tab at the top of the pop up page.
Tick the Escape LaTeX special characters button and the Enable BibTeX syncing, then tick the Create one BibTeX file per group option
Save the .bib file in the same folder as your document. All references will be automatically synced.
