Don't forget to Sync!

In 'Sync Status' press 'Sync Now' to ensure your all your Desktop and Web Endnote Libraries are 'In Sync'

To Upgrade

Save a copy of your Endnote Library. In the menu choose 'File' and 'Save and Copy'

This will save an .enl file and a 'Data' folder. You will need both

Now is a good time to 'Backup' your library to a USB stick

Reinstall Endnote 21

Reinstall EndNote from https://portal.lancaster.ac.uk/ask/digital/software/directory/endnote-desktop-and-endnote-online/

Select 'Open an Existing Library'

Select the .enl file 

Your library will appear in Endnote 21
